聚丙烯酰胺与无机凝聚剂对磷精矿沉降性能的影响

    EFFECTS OF POLYACRYLAMIDE AND INORGANIC COAGULANTS ON SETTLING CHARACTERISTICS OF A FLOTATION PHOSPHATE CONCENTRATE

    • 摘要: 本文探讨了有机高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酸胺(PAAm)及其与无机凝聚剂FeCl3、AlCl3联合作用对磷精矿沉陷性能的影响。结果表明,PAAm的最佳用量范围为10~20g/t,且随着分子量的增大,最佳用量值减小。FeCl3、AlCl3与PAAm混合使用能改善磷精矿的沉降性能。值得推荐的用药方案为:AlCl32.0kg/t、PAAm-610g/t,或FeCl32.0kg/t、PAAm-620g/t。

       

      Abstract: Effects of an organic high-molecular flocculant polyacrylamide (PAAm), PAAm and FeCl3,and PAAm and AlCl3 on settling characteristics of a flotation phosphate concentrate are studied in this Paper.Test results show that the optimum consumption of PAAm is in the range of 1020 g/t and decreases with the growth of its molecular weight. Settling characteristics of the concentrate can be improved in using PAAm together with FeCl3 or AlCl3. The reagent scheme of 2.0 kg/t of AlCl3 and 10 g/t of PAAm-6, or 2.0 kg/t of FeCl3 and 20 g/t of PAAm-6 is worthy to be recommended in thickening of the flotation phosphate concentrate.
