Abstract: Based on the mineral rights field verification data，according to the needs and practical situation of mineral resources administration in China，this paper proposed that development of mineral resources administration information system in county is a key foundation for the effective mineral resources management and mineral resources administration informatization，and further designed the system business model.With the use of GIS，cloud computing，internet，the internet of things and other modern information technologies，the platform framework，construction mode，technical specifications and data updating mechanism of mineral resources administration information system in county were introduced.The research results make up for the weak basic management node in the mineral resources administration information system in China，and expand the applications of the mineral rights field verification data.The ideas have been demonstrated and popularized in more than 10 provinces (cities and counties) and have promoted the innovation of mineral resources administration mode，and improved the efficiency and precision of the administration.
