凤凰山煤矿坚硬顶板定向水力压裂技术应用研究

    Appliction of hard and stable roof control by means of directional hydraulic fracturing in Fenghuangshan coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对超前深孔预裂爆破弱化方式处理煤矿坚硬难垮顶板存在的问题,采用定向水力压裂技术在凤凰山煤矿XV4306和XV5302两个工作面进行井下试验。根据现场围岩地质力学特征,确定工作面两次压裂方案;通过现场施工,优化施工工艺;工作面回采后通过监测支架受力,得出预压裂工作面顶板初次来压步距在26~27m之间,水力压裂控制顶板效果良好,为该技术的推广应用提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: According to the existing problems of the hard and stable roof control in coal mine by means of deep hole advance pre-split blasting,the directional hydraulic fracturing was proposed.The field tests were applied in working face XV4306 and XV5302of FengHuangShan coal mine.Based on the surrounding rock geomechanical features of the site,the directional hydraulic fracturing program was determined.And the process was optimized during the field test.The field test results showed that the first weight distance was26~27m after directional hydraulic fracturing.The directional hydraulic fracturing words well,and it provided the basis for the application of the technology.
