捕收剂LKD-1对石英和滑石的作用机理

    Research into mechanism of quartz and talc in system of LKD-1 collector

    • 摘要: 以石英和滑石纯矿物为研究对象,研究胺类捕收剂LKD-1(为多种胺的混合物并含有助溶成分)对石英与滑石的作用机理,并运用Zeta电位测定仪及红外光谱仪分析药剂对矿物的作用机制。结果表明:LKD-1的作用使得石英及滑石的ζ电位升高,说明药剂在石英及滑石表面存在静电吸附作用;石英与药剂作用后的红外光谱图中各峰位均未发生位移,说明胺类阳离子捕收剂与石英作用的方式不是化学吸附;滑石与药剂作用后出现了N-H伸缩振动的吸收峰,因此,滑石与药剂的作用既存在物理吸附又存在化学吸附。

       

      Abstract: A study on the principles of amine collector LKD-1(a mixture of different amines with soluble ingredients) by being given to quartz and talc,and on the essence of the reagent by Zeta potential meter and infrared spectrometer.Results showed that LKD-1 made zeta potential of quartz and talc rised,and electrostatic adsorption is found on the surface of them.Consideration of no displacement of each peak position infrared spectrum diagram,the adsorption is not chemical adsorption.Whereas a N-H stretching vibration absorption peak was found after the process of interaction of talc and tegent,consequently,there are both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption about the effect of talc and reagent.
