采用环保“金蝉”药剂浸出老挝某金矿石试验研究

    Experimental study on a gold ore in Laos with environment-friendly Jinchan leaching reagents

    • 摘要: 采用环保黄金选矿药剂"金蝉"对老挝琅勃拉邦省巴乌县帕奔碳酸盐类型金矿开展了浸出试验研究,结果表明:在试验条件为磨矿细度-0.074mm含量90%以上,矿浆浓度40%,石灰用量3kg/t,碱预处理时间2h,"金蝉"用量600g/t,浸出时间24h时,金的浸出率可以达到96.40%,比采用氰化浸出时浸出率提高1.4%,且药剂用量降低200g/t,浸出时间缩短12h以上。对"金蝉"浸出尾渣进行了浸出毒性分析,表明尾渣中氰化物、铜、铅、锌、砷的浸出毒性值在国家标准限值范围内,尾渣无需解毒处理,可以直接外排。经济对比分析表明采用"金蝉"浸出时每年可以降低生产成本393.15万元。

       

      Abstract: A leaching experiment with environment-friendly Jinchan agents was adopted to B.Phatem carbonate type gold ore in Bak-ou county,Luang Pracang province of laos.The results showed that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.074mm account more then 90%,pulp concentration 40%,lime dosage 3kg/t,pretreatment time with alkaLi 2h,dosage of Jinchan agent 600g/t,leaching time 24h,the gold leaching rate reached to 96.40%.Contrast to cyanide leaching process,gold leaching rate with Jinchan increase 1.4%,dosage amount reduce 200g/t,leaching time shroten more than 12h.Leaching toxicity analysis of the tailings was studied.The amount of cyanide,lead,zinc,arsenic in the tailings was within the national standard limit.So,Leaching tailings can directly discharge,don’t need detoxification treatment.Economic comparative analysis showed that using Jinchan agents can reduce production cost of 3.93 million yuan a year.
