干法煤系高岭土除铁钛研究

    RESEARCHES ON REMOVING FERRITE AND TRITIUM FROM COAL-MEASURE CAOLIN BY DRY SEPARATION

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了用还原氯化焙烧方法加工煤系高岭土的基本原理、工艺因素及试验结果。采用该方法,使煤系高岭土中全铁的脱除率达84.6%,TiO2的脱除率为46.8%。指出该法加工煤系高岭土经济有效而富有前途。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the basic theory of processing coal-measure caolin by chrorinating-reducingroasting and technological factors and the results of experiments. After being processed by this method, the FeTand TiO2 in the caolin is reduced by 84. 6% and 46. 8% respectively. It is also pointed out that this method iseffective, economical and prospective to process the coal-measure caolin.
