Abstract: The paper expatiates the mining investment is ineluctability based on characters of exploration and exploitation of mine resource,and concludes 4 basis characters of mine investment and 7 main factors influencing mine investment.lt concludes that mine invest risk includes resource risk,market risk and economic risk.lt also put forward some methods of controlling mine investment risk,for example,understanding national policy,grasping rule of forming mine,adjustion scale of capital.
