Abstract: Along with the continual rise of the national iron and steel industry, the conflicts of domestic mineral resources become more and more intense, and the prices of ore are growing rapidly.There is an old mine, who makes two hands of attempt to utilize the mineral resources. On one hand, it reduces the ore losses in the mining production, and improves the reclaiming rate. The old mine innovates in management and technologies continually; and in a number of channels, it organizes reclaiming and utilizing the ore bodies such as the fragmentary ore bodies of the out-borderlands, the insidious blind ore bodies, and the liked residuary ore bodies. Through the measures above, the old mine effectively improves the utilization rate of mineral resources, and achieves better economic benefits. On the other hand, the old mine actively prospects the resources of the earth-disposing fields; through changing the old concept, it re-plans the old earth-disposing fields, and practices the projects of reclaiming ore. The actions above maximize the use of abandoned resources. Through replanning the Hedong earth-disposing field which is being used, Said mine practices the projects of reclaiming dry-dressing ore. After a series of studies and designs, in 2007 in Hedong earth-disposing field, four rough-dressing production lines were completed and put into production; the production lines were used to reclaim and dry-dress the former mineral ore that mixed with rocks. This passage will introduce you the research and successful practice of the project of reclaiming dry-dressing ore from the earth-disposing fields. Said project provides referential experience for magnetic mine enterprises to reclaim the abandoned resources of earth-disposing fields.
