大倾角综放面支架稳定性及其控制技术研究

    Stability and control technology of powered support in deep inclined fully mechanized top-coal caving face

    • 摘要: 基于葛亭煤矿2313大倾角综放区段地质生产条件,建立综放支架稳定性力学模型,分析得出支架倾倒下滑及歪扭的关键影响因素和控制措施。2313综放面ZF4200/16/26型液压支架处于无约束条件下,在煤层倾角大于16°时应采取防滑技术措施,在煤层倾角大于29°时应采取防倒防滑技术措施。葛亭煤矿通过实施支架稳定性控制技术措施,实现了煤层平均倾角36°、最大倾角51°的大倾角综放面的安全高效开采。

       

      Abstract: Based on the site conditions of 2313 deep inclined fully mechanized top-coal caving face of Geting Mine, by establishing and analyzing the mechanical model of hydraulic support, the paper proposes the critical influencing factors and control measures of dump, sliding and crook of the supports. Under no-restriction conditions, anti-sliding measures should be taken in the hydraulic supports of mining face with dip angle of more than 16°, while anti-dropping measures more than 29°. The technical measures have been applied in geting mine, which realized the safe and high-efficiency exploitation in the greater inclined full mechanized wall with the average inclination of 36°, maximum inclination of 51°.
