Abstract: Since founding the nation,our country's mining industry obtained rapid development,the mining industry has played important foundation role in national economy construction,but it also has had serious destruction influence to entironment.This article summarizes our country's related policies for dealing with mine-environment,and gives some analyzing for contradicts between policy and the present mine-environment condition.In view of this,the author brings up some related counterplots for dealing with it in the end.
