Abstract: This paper discusses three main conditions of sustainable development of the mineral exploration enterprises under the new policies of mineral exploration,and they are(1)the geological works should be existed persistently,(2)the mineral exploration enterprises themselves should be able to longterm develop,(3)both the mineral exploration enterprises and the geological works should mutually interact and promote.
