Abstract: In driftway tunnel,There are laying the various pipelines,cables,setting up the ventilation door and so on,These are all somewhat harmful for the vehicle driving and pedestrian who drives,Annual long tunnel deformation is in disrepair, the very bad exceeding environment sum driver operates a machine contrary to its instructions,and the pedestrian goes on foot against rules,bring about the transportation accident repeatedly having happening,This paper uses the analytical method of fault tree in designing for reliability,and analyses the cause leading to driftway transport accident,and suggest the measures of prevention,and it will be assist improving the safety in mining transportation system.This method is concise suitable for use.
