聚丙烯/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的性能及显微结构
Properties and microstructures of polypropylene/montmorillonite nanocomposite

摘要: 采用十六烷基三甲基溴化胺对蒙脱石进行改性,并将其嵌入到蒙脱石的片层中,再与聚丙烯熔融插层制备聚丙烯/蒙脱石纳米复合材料。讨论了纳米复合材料的力学性能与改性蒙脱石加入量之间的关系,通过扫描电子显微镜及X射线研究复合材料的结构特性。结果表明,复合材料的冲击强度大大提高,冲击断口显示出较强的韧性断裂的特征。复合材料的类型为插层-剥离型。Abstract: Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(HTAB) was interalated inte the layered montmorillonite,and then blended with polypropylene so as to prepare the polypropylene/montmorillonite nanocomposite. The relationship between ratio of material and the mechanics performance of composite also discussed.The structural characteristics of the composites were studiesd by means of scanning electron microscopy, wide angle x-ray diffraction.The results indicated that the impact strength of composites was increased greatly,the characteristics of the fracture is tough.The type of composites was interalated-stripped.
