河北某地铁尾矿综合利用试验研究
Experimental study on the comprehensive utilization of the iron tailings from Hebei province

摘要: 针对铁尾矿中铁、钛、磷元素含量较高的特点,通过一粗三精重选-再磨-一粗四精三扫浮选联合流程,回收其中有用元素。而后利用铁尾矿选别后的尾矿(简称ZXW)制备矿物聚合材料,结果表明,用尾矿代替细砂制备建筑砌块,在粉煤灰用量4.5%,矿渣25.5%,ZXW用量70%,液固比为0.22的条件下,可得到制品3天抗压强度为10.2MPa,28天抗压强度为43.4MPa,达到了国家标准中对矿渣、火山灰、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥425#对抗压强度的要求。Abstract: Gravity-regrinding-flotation combined processes were adopted to retrieve iron,titanium and phosphor elements based on the analysis of iron tailings properties.Mineral polymer were prepared using ZXW,which was the product of iron tailings after retrieving iron,titanium and phosphor elements.The best experimental condition was fly ash 4.5wb%,ZXW70%,slag 25.5% and liquid/solid 0.22 and the compressive strength of mineral polymer product could reach 10.2 MPa for 3 days,43.4MPa for 28days,which Meet national standards of the compressive strength for slag-fly ash based silicate cement with 425#.
