Abstract: The mineral resources liability system can guarantee the implementation of the legal provisions especially the prohibitions relating to mineral resources.With the development of economy and the needs of mineral resources management, it is continuously expanding.And it has played a positive role in strengthening the management of mineral resources and promoting administration according to law.However, the current system should be improved for the flaws in the integrity, validity of the specific content and the interface with the relevant laws.
