Abstract: The paper carried out oolitic magnetite mineralogy studies of Zhangjiakou oolitic magnetite in Hebei Province.against the process mineralogical characteristics,the oolitic magnetite ore after dry separation was carried out different grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity magnetic separation and flowsheet experiment,and optimized the process parameters,improved Mineral Processing index.Experiment determined two sorting process flowsheet,getting the final concentrate grade of 61.22% and 65.15%,the recovery of 84.46% and 81.10%.
