Abstract: This research is focused on a low-grade hematite with high sulfur(barytite style),complex intergrowth correlation and dispersed.In this study,with the condition of grinding fineness up to ore of -200 mesh of 70%.use high-intensity magnetic separation to discard waste,get roughing Fe concentrate contains Fe 47.21% with a recovery of 74.32%;Then, roughing Fe concentrate regrinding to -200 mesh,use magnetic separation,a concentrate contains Fe 59.05%,S 0.21% with a recovery of 47.87% was obtained, middling with reverse flotation, secondary Fe concentrate contains Fe 55.98%,S 0.28%, the total recovery is 65.21%.
