微细粒矿物的选择性解离强化分选技术

    Review on enhancing separation of fine-disseminated minerals by selective disintegration

    • 摘要: 本文针对国内矿产资源嵌布粒度微细特点,总结了国内外研究者在传统卧式球磨机的改进及优化、细磨/超细磨对矿物选择性解离的强化及微波等预处理方法,在选择性解离强化微细粒矿物分选技术方面做出的努力和取得的成果,并对选择性解离强化矿物分选技术的发展趋势做出了分析。

       

      Abstract: Fine-disseminated refractory ore is abundant in china, including many mineral types such as Fe, Cu, Pb-Zn, Au etc. The existing technologies for enhancing separation of fine-disseminated minerals by selective liberation such as horizontal ball mill improving and optimization, improving mineral selective liberation by fine/ultrafine milling, and pretreatment of mineral by microwave to improve mineral disintegration, were depicted, and the developmental trends of these technologies were analyzed.
