Abstract: China's structure of energy resources is "rich in coal, depleted oil and less gas", and the percapita availability of energy is very low. As the extensive mode of economic growth hasn't changed fundamentally, energy demand grows rapidly, and energy gap is also on the rise, with the rapid economic and social development.
