Abstract: Mineral resources are the basic materials for the economic construction to every country in the world. All countries make the policies and regulations beneficial to the development of the domestic minerals and the uses of the global resources based on their own national conditions and resource situations and take the different measures and management methods in order to ensure the supply of the resources timely and effectively. The purpose of the article is to acquire some thoughts helpful to the development of our country mining industry through the analyses and studies to the resource situations of a few representative countries.
