注浆法治理井壁破裂的机理研究

    MECHANISM RESEARCH RENOVATING RUPTURE SHAFT USING GROUTING METHOD

    • 摘要: 文章的目的是通过注浆法治理井壁效果的实测分析来研究注浆法治理井壁破裂的机理。文章列举了我国注浆法治理井壁破裂的典型事例,分析了事例中注浆所引起的井口及周侧表土抬升的原因,深入研究了注浆引起井壁变形的机理,弄清了井壁破裂的真实原因,并通过地面注浆法与壁后注浆法治理井壁破裂效果的分析,揭示了注浆法治理破裂井壁的本质在于它的堵水效应。这一结论不仅为煤矿企业及相关的科研单位正确地制定注浆方案,节约治理成本提供了理论基础,而且为立井井壁破裂机理的研究提供了基础。

       

      Abstract: This paper's purpose is to research the mechanism of renovating rupture shaft utilizing injection method on the basis of the analysis of actual measurement data.In this paper,some typical shafts that are renovated by grouting method are analyzed.The raise reason of soil around shaft producing from grouting is researched.The mechanism of shaft deformation because of grouting and the real reason of shaft are analyzed.The difference between surface injection and the injection behind shaft is compared.It is showed that the essence of grouting method is the water plugging effect.This result has important role with making injection project and saving harnessing cost.Besides,it gives an important base for the mechanism of shaft rupture.
