Abstract: This paper comprehensively analyzed the effects of American-Iraqi war on oil markets of the world and the Asia-Pacific region in terms of global oil geographical distribution,oil demand and supply and their changes,oil dependence degrees of various nations in the world,oil costs,the influences of oil prices on the foreign exchange rate of Euro-and US-dollars thus on related industries and world economic situation.The cooperation framework of Asia-Pacific energy development is also put forward at the end of the paper.
