Abstract: Mining activities cause a large amount of wasteland,and lead to serious effect to the environment.This paper discussed the reconstruction model of mining wasteland,and proposed a new model that mining wasteland was reconstructed to sports field.According to some practices,we analyzed the types and applicable scopes of sports field construction,and put forward some institutional guarantees and policy suggestion for sports field construction.The model that combined mining wasteland reclamation with sports field construction could improve the environment,promote industrial transformation and accelerate the development of social sports public service.
