地下深孔爆破模拟相似律与模型制作

    MANUFACTURING OF MODEL FOR SIMULATING UNDERGROUND DEEP HOLE BLASTING BASED ON THE THEORY OF SIMILARITY LAW

    • 摘要: 本文结合工程实例,介绍了地下深孔爆破模拟的相似律及由模型试验结果推导实际爆破参数的方法,并认为在模拟试验中,要每一个影响因素都满足相似律,往往做不到,应对各因素进行分析,确定其对所考虑问题的影响程度,尽可能满足主要因素的相似,不能满足的要求近似相似,影响较小的因素忽略不计。同时按爆破模拟相似律的要求设计了小型水泥砂浆试验模型,并介绍了模型制作的方法

       

      Abstract: Based on practical examples,the paper describes the theory of similarity law used for simulation of underground deep hole blasting and the way to obtain practical blasting parameters based on results of blasting experiment using simulation model.It is impossible to make every influencing factor meet the similarity low.But it is possible to identify the influencing extent of each factor and to make the main factors meet the similarity law while the unimportant factors are ignored.The manufacturing of small-scale cement-mortar model for experiment is also introduced.
