Abstract: This text takes the theories of mineral economics and investment as the foundation,adopts positive method and normative method to research the foreitn investment environment of Chinese mining industry on the basis of main index which influences the foreign in vestment environment of mining industry.The article explains the specific suggestions to promote the steady and healthy development of Chinese mining industry.
