大断面软岩巷道支护加固技术研究

    Research on large section soft rock roadway supporting and strengthening technology

    • 摘要: 大断面软岩巷道表现为大变形、流变、蠕变特性明显、巷道底臌严重,采用常规的支护手段、支护工艺,并一味提高支护材料的强度和刚度级别,已不能很好适应软岩巷道支护要求,巷道支护已成为制约正常生产和采掘接续的瓶颈。本文运用软岩塑性变形理论,借助实验室研究、现场观测、数值分析等手段,提出三维协控支护技术,对实验巷道进行方案设计和施工管理,取得较好效果。

       

      Abstract: Large section soft rock roadway acts the large deformation, flowing and creeping. It is impossible to resolve the problem only with the method of normal supporting, common crafts and improving the rigid and strength of supporting material. Soft rock roadway supporting have become the obstacle of effective production and relay of mining and digging. In this paper, three-dimensions couple-control technology has been put forward based on plastic theory of soft rock, by laboratory research, in-situ inspection, and numerical analysis. The supporting scheme and management were used in the experiment roadway in Qidong coal mine, and succeed well results.
