Abstract: The Paper is based on the basic theory of mine ventilation and safety and Geographical information system(GIS)technology.Having analyzed and processed information about mine ventilation and safety,we developed mine ventilation and safety information system(MVSIS),which gives a new access to provide mine ventilation and safety information management、inquirement、statistic and analysis to the local coal production management department.
