Abstract: Mongolia is one of the major countries for Chinese enterprises to go out to conduct minerals development.In recent years,fever has been constantly going up over Chinese enterprises to excavate minerals in Mongolia.However,many negative aspects have been ignored under the covering of this mineral rush.Also,lately,changes are taking place for mining policies in Mongolia,which will have an adverse impact on mining investment.And risk for investing Mongolia's mining sector is increasing.Therefore,it is time for Chinese enterprises to slow down mineral rush in Mongolia appropriately.
