Abstract: As we all know,the mining property,including the ownership of mineral resources and mineral rights,was a collection of a set of rights based on the ownership of mineral resources.This paper analysed the number of the mineral exploration right and mining rights,as well as the variation trend about them.And then some problems concerned with Mining Property System were found out.for instance,stable management ideas and long-term control mechanism were insufficient,the transfer of mining right and existing mineral exploration right didn't combine with each other closely,etc.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve the mining property system in china.
