空气负离子保健基元材料的研究

    THE RESEARCH OF AIR-NEGATIVE-ION HEALTHCARE ELEMENTARY MATERIALS

    • 摘要: 本文以电气石和纳米二氧化钛以及四种镧系稀土氧化物为原料,试制空气负离子保健基元材料,并对它们的性能进行了研究。结果表明:纳米二氧化钛、二氧化铈、氧化镧、氧化错、氧化钕分别与电气石的复合中,空气负离子产生效果为与二氧化铈的复合最强,氧化镨、氧化镧效果一般,氧化钕、氧化钛反而降低了电气石产生的空气负离子浓度;电气石与二氧化铈的最佳复合比例是1:1,100g测试粉体空气负离子浓度即达到2000个/cm3左右;比例为1:1的电气石/二氧化铈复合粉体:在18h内表面能量对空气分子的离解达到饱和,且随样品测试量的增加呈递增关系。

       

      Abstract: The paper has the trial-preparation of air-negative-ion healthcare elementary materials that are made of tourmaline, nano-TiO2 and four kinds of lanthanum series oxides, and then has the research of their performances. The results show that CeO2 takes on the best effect when nano-TiO2, CeO2, La2O3, Pr6O11, Nd2O3 compounds singly with the tourmaline, Pr6O11, La2O3 take common effect, Nd2O3, nano-TiO2 impels instead the air-negative-ion effect of tourmaline reducing; the best proportion of tourmaline and CeO2 is 1:1, and the air-negative-ion concentration reaches 2000 negative ions/cm3 on having the testing of the sample of 100g; the best proportion of tourmaline and CeO2: the surface energy on the air molecule's ionizations arrives at the saturation in 18 h, and presents the increase by degrees with the increase of the sample's amount.
