Abstract:
This paper introducesthe basic working principle of vibrating adverse-flow fluidized bed for coal separationand fines removal technology.Combined with technology characters of three common pulverizing systems in coal-fired power plants—middle coal bunker,pressurizeddirect,negative-pressurized direct,the feasibility of the integration of this technology with pulverizing system in coal-fired power plants is analyzed.Based on that,the process routes of this integration technology were proposed,which could simultaneously achieve dehydration,separationand fine removal of raw coal online.Coal quality and grinding efficiency would be enhanced.Laboratory research system of vibrating adverse-flow fluidized bed on coal separationand fines removal technology was introduced.Separationexperiments on one coal sample have been done with this system,which was from a coal-fired power plant in Australia.Resultsshowed:clean coal with 29% ash content can be separated from 13~0mm rawcoal with 49.62% ash content,theyield was 62%,and quantity efficiency was 94%.
