Abstract: The safety culture is the soul of coal mining enterprise. With the social progress and economic development, the traditional coal mine safety culture has gradually separated from the internal and external production environment of coal mine enterprise, and can not be effective in promoting the realization of safe production. The new type coal safety culture including the reciprocal preference has strict science, and may reverse the lag of our coal mine safety culture construction, which may improve the safety production efficiency substantively for coal mine enterprise.
