巷道围岩注浆水泥浆液性能试验研究

    Test and research on cement slurry as grouting material for mine roadway surrounding rock

    • 摘要: 针对水泥浆液黏度、析水率、结石体抗压强度等主要性能指标,选择P·O42.5、P·O52.5两种标号普通硅酸盐水泥,0.5∶1~1.2∶1六个水灰比等级和塑化剂、速凝剂两种外加剂进行全面组合试验,研究了水泥标号、水灰比和外加剂对水泥浆液基本性能的影响效果。试验表明,在水泥浆液中添加1%的塑化剂,能够显著降低浆液黏度,在保证良好可注性的前提下大幅降低水灰比,从而提高结石体强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to get the cement slurry performance parameters such as viscosity,bleeding rate,solidification body compressive strength,this paper selects two grade of ordinary portland cement-P·O42.5、P·O52.5,six water cement ratio -0.5~1.2 and two kinds of cement admixture-water reducer and setting accelerator to conduct a comprehensive combination test.And it studies the grade of cement,water cement ratio and cement admixture on cement slurry performance improvements.The test results show that,the cement slurry containing 1% water reducer,can significantly reduce the viscosity,and in the premise of good groutability it substantially reduces the water cement ratio,thereby improving compressive strength of cement grout solidification body.
