低蒙脱石含量膨润土的造浆性能开发研究

    Study on the making mud properties of a low montmorillonite content bentonite

    • 摘要: 湖南临澧有一种低蒙脱石含量的黏土--"膨润土",其蒙脱石含量一般在40%左右。按传统的钠化处理该种黏土是不能达到钻井泥浆用土要求的。试验探讨了该类膨润土的理化性能。并针对该黏土的特点,提出了采用复合添加剂(纯碱、活性氧化镁、天然有机高分子化合物与合成有机高分子聚合物),对其进行钠化改性处理。利用它们的相互作用与协同效应,提高和改善黏土的分散性与流变学性能,使它的各项技术性能达到国际标准ISO13500∶2008对泥浆用土的要求。该钠化改性方法工艺简单,设备投资少、效益明显,具有推广价值。

       

      Abstract: A Bentonite contains about 40 per cent of montmorillonite.Its physical and chemical properties are discussed.The clay treated with the traditinonal way cannot meet demands for the well drilling mud materials.Based on the specific characteristics of the clay,this clay was treated with a composite additive among which is soda ash,activeted magnesium oxide,and natural chainline macromolecule compound,and synthetic macromolecule polymer.The results were shown that the making mud properties of modifying clay were improved significantly.All its technical index were up to the international standard,ISO 13500∶2008.
