Abstract:
Based on analyzing of mine shafts continuously extending to deep formation,taking more underground working staff and frequently occurring safety accidents in conventional shaft sinking method,shaft drilling method being suitable for the alluvial formation condition only,mechanical rock breaking technology and equipment (such as tunnel boring machine,raise boring machine,etc.) developing rapidly,and combined with national “twelfth five-year” science and technology development plan of the People’s Republic of China,the development of mine shaft boring machine and the research on new technique of mechanical rock breaking were put forward and carried on.According to the characteristics of shaft boring machine with a guide borehole,sinking technique of shaft boring machine with mechanical rock breaking was researched and developed;main technical parameters were given;main structure types of thrust system,rotary system,support system,rock breaking system and so forth,the control method of electro hydraulic servo system and processing and manufacturing processes of shaft boring machine were determined;spatial arrangement of shaft boring machine,hanging scaffold,hoisting system in wellbore was analyzed.Research results will lay a solid foundation for test and application of shaft boring machine.
