预注浆防突水技术研究

    Research on advanced jet grouting applied to prevent water inrush in mine roadway

    • 摘要: 当巷道开掘接近或通过有水力联系的松软破碎带、断层裂隙带或直接揭露含水层时,常造成掘前或掘进滞后突水。所以,研究围岩突水的力学机制,采取耦合控制对策,是预防围岩突水的关键技术。根据有效应力原理,分析了动水压力和岩体接触压力间的本构关系,提出了巷道掘进中围岩预注浆防突水控制方案对策,对止水岩柱厚度、布孔、注浆参数、工艺等进行了理论分析和工业性试验,经堵水率、围岩力学参数等对比分析,认为围岩预注浆控制方案有经济、安全可靠等特点,具有重要工程意义。

       

      Abstract: The application indicates that the drayage in roadway,where it has hydraulic connection with fault (fractured zone) and soft and broken strip on meet aquifer,will lead to water inrush and influent the safety status of coal mine.so it will be needed to research mechanism of water inrush,it is the key technology to adopt cross-coupling control for prevention water inrush surrounding the rock,according to effective stress working principle,the constitutive relations between dynamic water and rock contact pressure have been analyzed,the method of wall rock of the mine reinforcement by pre-grouting used primarily to prevent water inrush and plugging some fissures are put forward,the water-prevention rock pillar width rock arrangement, grouting parameters and technology and so on have been analyzed by theory and industrial experiments. According to analyze water-blocking the physical and mechanical parameters of the surrounding rock, the control improvement pre-grouting of the rock has economical,safety and credible properties.It also has applied values of engineering.
