伊利石矿粉的改性及其在橡胶中的应用

摘要: 本文应用硅烷偶联剂对福建省闽南地区伊利石类粘土矿物进行改性处理,探索粘土表面活性,改性温度,时间等因素对改性效果的影响。以及应用带有各种不同有权官能团的偶联剂对伊利石矿粉进行表面改性,制备出适于天然橡胶、合成橡胶、室温硫化硅橡胶及高温硫化硅橡胶应用的各种改性土,对橡胶补强性能达到应用要求。Abstract: This paper presents the results on modification of illite fines of Fujian by applying of silane coupling agent. The authors study the surface activity of clay, modified temperature and time etc and their influence on modified effect of clay, and prepare a series of surface modified clay by use of different silane coupIing agents for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, RTV, HTV. This modified clay can meet the needs for practical use of reinforced rubber.
