Abstract: The Lead and Zinc mineral resources in China is rich and they have better development prospects. But couple with the continues development of domestic economics, continue improvements in market demands for Lead and Zinc products, the level of guarantee of the Lead and Zinc mineral resources for economic development decreased significantly. Especially, in "the tenth five year" term, China has been a net import country instead of export country in Lead and Zinc products. In the domestic, compared with demands, the Lead and Zinc materials' supplies are shorter and shorter with the time. Facing such crucial challenges, changing economics improvement method, developing circulate economics and enhancing the comprehensive utilization level of the Lead and Zinc mineral resources are the inevitable choices in accomplishing the sustainable development.
