提高石灰石矿穿爆效果的技术研究

    TECHNOLOGY FOR INCREASING THE DRILLING BLASTING EFFECT AT A LIMESTONE MINE

    • 摘要: 石灰石矿岩层较多,断层、节理裂隙和溶洞发育,爆破容易产生大块、岩墙和根底。本文介绍了四川双马水泥(集团)有限公司石灰石矿通过分析该矿的地质结构特征,大块、岩墙和根底产出位置及原因,进行爆破试验研究和采取的技术措施,取得了较好的爆破效果;以及更新穿孔设备,采用中风压移动式空压机供气的设备系统,使凿岩效率提高,能源消耗下降的经验,可供类似矿山偕鉴。

       

      Abstract: The boulder,rock wall.bottom toe always appear in limestone mine mid deep bench blasting because of bedding,fault,joint and cave.Through the analysis of the geological structure characteristic and the reason of producing boulder,rock wall and bottom toe,the blasting test research has been made.According to the research results the suitable technical measures have been adopted,the better blasting effect has been obtained,and also through renewing the drilling equipment,adopting middle pressure airmover,the driling efficiency has been increased,the resources consumption can be decreased This experience can be a reference for similar mines. \ \
