基于区间直觉模糊熵和变权理论的井工煤矿绿色矿山评价
Evaluation of underground coal mining green mine based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and contingency theory

摘要: 井工煤矿在煤炭资源开采中占有重要地位,建设发展绿色矿山是其未来要达到的基本要求。如何科学评价现有井工煤矿的绿色化水平是建设绿色矿山的关键问题,在这个过程中,科学合理的评价指标体系和权重分配至关重要。为了科学的分配权重,本文引用区间直觉模糊集和模糊熵,对专家系统的区间评判进行了精确化,更符合实际情况;同时引入变权理论确定最终权重,突出薄弱环节的制约作用,引导井工煤矿在绿色矿山建设上均衡发展,确定最终绿色矿山水平。最后通过算例验证了其有效性,并对其未来建设绿色矿山提出了建设性意见。Abstract: Underground coal mining plays a significant role in coal resource exploitation,with the establishment and development of green mine as the basic requirement in the future.How to scientifically evaluate the green level of underground coal mining is the key to green mine construction.During this process,reasonable evaluation index system and weight distribution are crucial.In order to make the weight distribution more scientific and accord with reality,interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is introduced and applied to the precision of the interval evaluation of expert system.Meanwhile,the paper adopts contingency theory to confirm the final weight as well as highlight the restrictive impact of weak links,leading underground coal mining on the road of green mine development in a balanced way.All these contribute to the level of green mine.At last,the effectiveness is verified by way of numerical instances.Constructive advices are put forward for future green coal establishment.
