细菌浸铀试验研究

STUDY ON BACTERIA LEACHING OF URANIUM

摘要: 对 719矿、 75 3矿和 70 3矿不同类型矿石, 进行细菌浸出试验, 试验结果表明: 75 3矿和719矿矿石中U⁴⁺/U⁶⁺和Fe²⁺ /Fe³⁺ 比值较大, 且含有黄铁矿, 用细菌浸出能提高金属浸出率 2 %～8%, 可降低酸耗 5 %～ 10 %。其中, 75 3矿矿石柱浸试验细菌浸出效果最明显; 719矿矿石浸出性能较好, 在低酸条件和较短时间内即可达到理想的浸出效果。

Abstract: The results of ore sample laboratory column leaching test of ores from №719,№753 and №703 uranium mines show that the leaching rate of uranium is raised 2%～8% and the acid consumption is reduced by bacteria leaching.It's more suitable to №753 and №719 uranium mines by bacteria heap leaching.
