Abstract: The national geological work can be divided into normal geological work and abnormal geological work. Size and structure of commonweal geological survey team depend on the needs of normal geological work. For the normal work of geological surveys and research work, should establish commonweal geological survey team, which is sizable, reasonable echelon talent and wide range of professional areas, in order to advance a combination of investigation and research, establish mechanism to ensure funding for the stability of the input. For other types of geological work, can establish a lean staff of organization and management, which is propped up by competent technical staff, establish emergency response mechanism, and work on country-specific project.
