Abstract: The certainty Of Coal Resources'value （CRV） and it's calculation is the basis of sustainable coalresources USage. The paper provides that CRV concerns two parts, one is called POtential value, the other is ap-Parent value; and then analyzes the major factors influencing the CRV. Bud on this, it establishes the calculation formula of CRV, and finally identifies the meaning of certainty of CRV and it's calculation.
