浓缩型旋流器自动控制系统的研究

摘要: 为保证浓缩型旋流器的安全稳定工作,本文对铁矿全尾矿进行分级浓缩试验。试验结果表明,给料浓度对旋流器的浓缩效果影响不大,给料压力与旋流器的浓缩效果正相关。以此为基础,提出了一种浓缩型旋流器的自动控制方法。以PLC为控制器,采用三段"液位闭路反馈"控制给料泵池液位,两段PID控制输出调节变频器频率,实现旋流器给料泵流量和压力的自动控制;采用上位监控机及监控组态软件,实现实时检测、自动启停、人机对话和系统报警等功能。PLC与组态软件的联合使用,实现了浓缩型旋流器的自动控制,保证了旋流器安全稳定的工作。Abstract: In order to guarantee the safe and stable operation of concentrated hydrocyclone, classifying and thickening experiments of total iron mine tailings are studied in this paper. Experimental results indicate that feed concentration has little influence on concentration effect; feed pressure has positive relation to the concentration effect. According to the results, an automatic control method of concentrated hydrocyclone is presented. To autocontrol the feed flow rate and feed pressure of the hydrocyclone, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is used as followed: three closed-loop feedbacks of liquid level are carried out to control the level of the feed pump pool, and two PID control outputs are implemented to regulate frequency of the converter.PC monitor. Meanwhile, configuration software are applied to have functions of real time monitoring as well, automatic start-stop, man-machine conversation and system alarm. Combined use of PLC and configuration software realizes automatic control and guarantees safe and stable operation of concentrated hydrocyclone.
