Abstract: Owing to special features of post function for special types of labor in the coal mine, correspondingly the psychology of workers of special types of labor are required specially. Psychological resources of staff are scientifically explored to make the psychology of workers of special types of labor match the requirement of post function, so the index of innate ability in the post and the stability of behavior safety in the process of operating are effectively strengthened. It's of great significance on theory and practice to strengthen the work safety and enhance the efficiency of work.
