炼钢转炉高温烟气粉尘处理研究

    THE STUDY OF REMOVING HIGH-TEMPERATURE FLUE GAS IN STEEL-MAKING CONVERTER FLUE GAS

    • 摘要: 分析了国内外炼钢转炉所采用烟气除尘的两种方法,即OG法和LT法。这两种方法都没有对炼钢转炉800~1000℃以下余热进行回收,针对这种现状提出了采用陶瓷无机膜过滤除尘器处理炼钢转炉烟气的全干法,可回收800~1000℃以下的炼钢转炉烟气余热。

       

      Abstract: At present,the entire aqueous method(OG) and the electricity dust removal dry method(LT) are used to remove steel-making converter gas and dust at home and abroad.The afterheat with 800 ~ 1,000℃emitted from vaporization hoods can not be recovered in these two dust removal methods and a great deal of water is consumed.It is necessary to adopt new and innovative dust removal technology to carry out research and experiments for recovering the afterheat and water conservation,which will greatly reduce the energy consumption per ton.
