地勘企业家培养机制研究

    Cultivation mechanisms of geological survey entrepreneurs

    • 摘要: 国务院关于分类推进事业单位改革的指导意见,明确了从事生产经营活动的事业单位要推进转企改制,而培养一批高素质的地勘企业家正是推动这一改革的根本保证。本文从我国体制、传统文化等因素入手,深入分析我国地勘企业家的特点与成长环境,发现生长环境、激励机制等方面存在的缺陷是地勘企业家难以脱颖而出的根本原因。最后结合现代企业理论,提出了培育地勘企业家队伍的有效机制:产权制度改革、激励保护机制、监督约束机制等。

       

      Abstract: In light of the guidance of the State Council on the classification of advancing the reform of institutions,the transformation of public institutions into companies should be advanced for those engaged in production and business activities and cultivating a number of high-quality geological prospecting entrepreneurs is fundamental to promote this reform.Based on the study on Chinese political system and traditional culture,this research analyzed the characteristics of Chinese geological prospecting entrepreneurs and their growth environment and found that the defects of growth environment and incentive mechanisms restricted standing out of these entrepreneurs.Using the theory of modern enterprise,this paper brought about the effective mechanism of cultivatiing geological exploration entrepreneurs:property right system reforms,incentive and protection mechanisms,supervision and restraint mechanism,etc.
