某金属矿山深部开采人工制冷降温技术方案分析

摘要: 据实测,某金属矿井开采深度千米以下的-200m中段的气温高达33.950C,深井高温热害已严重制约了该矿的安全高效开采和深部资源开发。由于该矿所采取的一般通风方法降温效果有限,为改善井下作业环境,必须采取相应的人工制冷降温技术措施。本文分析了该矿井下主要热源及其危害,通过对热源散热量的理论计算,运用矿井空调技术,对以冷水、冰作为冷源的地面集中降温系统分别进行了设计,并对这二种冷媒集中制冷系统进行技术经济分析。以冰作为冷源在深矿井集中降温系统中,其技术经济优势比较明显,也是以后深矿井降温的一个发展方向。Abstract: According to the actual survey, the temperature of-200 m mining level in a metal mine whose mining depth is about thousand meter has reached 33.95℃, heat disaster in deep wells mining has become the main constraint on safe and effective mining and comprehensive exploitation on deep resources. Because of the ventilation measure taken by the mine at present, its cooling effect is limited. Artificial refrigeration temperature drop measure must be adopted to improve the underground working condition. This paper analyzes the heat resources and their dangers, designs the artificial water cooling and ice-making system on the ground station by theoretically calculating the heat dissipating capacity of the underground heat resources and applying the airconditioning technology in the mine. The cooling system of cold water and ice solution were designed respectively. an economical and technical analysis of the cooling system with the above two cooling sources are also finished. Using ice as a cold source in the deep mine cooling system has already shown its economical and technological advantages. And it is also a development direction of deep mine cooling.
