Abstract: Under the dual restriction of resources and environment,a circular economy development model has become inevitable choice of the sustainable development of coal enterprises.This paper puts forward the concept of circular economy development force for coal enterprises.It is applied to quantitatively analysis "circular economy" as a concept model,directly or indirectly.By analyzing the construction of essential factors of circular economy development capacity of coal enterprise,and designing its conceptual model,we are able to do comprehensive analysis of the factors,those are affecting the survival and development of coal enterprises,and hence to improve the operability of circular economy model for coal enterprises.
