Abstract: Yunnan Province is one of the most perspective Goldmine base in China.There are innative superiorities and good opportunities to develop Gold industry in Yunnan Province.Based on analysis of industrial status quo,developmental advantages and opportunities,some suggestions are given for acceleration of gold industry of yunnan province.
